I’ve been with the WINWIN STYLE family since 2016 so you may think that this is my biased review of the brand, but it’s because I’ve been with them for so long that I feel that I can make a fair assessment about the colorful golf bags.
Every year they have over 100 golf bag styles and designs to choose from, not to mention all the cute accessories which include colorful hats, fun headcovers, and the huge selection of ball markers.
I will give you a brief introduction of the brand and why I think you should consider using a WINWIN STYLE golf bag at your next golf outing.
Keep in mind that all the golf bags I’ve shown on this post are from the 2021-2022 catalog.
The start of WINWIN STYLE
WINWIN STYLE started in 2006 as the first Japanese manufacturer specializing in golf caddy bags. At the time, a lot of other golf bag brands were very simple and only held the purpose of being a “container for clubs”.
This family-run business was born based on the concept of creating a golf bag that emphasizes the individual’s unique style. Their goal is to make golfers happy and enjoy the game more by having a fun golf bag.
They currently have a store in Tokyo, Taiwan, and South Korea. Fun fact: I know the owners for all three locations. They are all really nice people who love golf.
Having always loved color and fun designs, I was really happy when WINWIN STYLE approached me to be their catalog model. I was just a recent college grad at the time and still very new to living in Japan. I didn’t know much about Japanese golf brands, but what stood out to me the most about WINWIN STYLE from other golf bag brands was how many different kinds of designs they had.
On a later blog post I will show you my golf bags from every year since I joined the WINWIN STYLE family and you will be able to tell just from looking at my golf bags how much my style and taste has changed. I believe that picking out a golf bag like WINWIN STYLE really brings out your personality.
Here are some more cool features of WINWIN STYLE.
1. There’s a golf bag for everyone
My sponsor at the time was interested in having a WINWIN STYLE golf bag after he saw mine. He’s the kind of person who likes to dress very classy and smart. A lot of what he had was either black or neutral-toned so the fact that even he was interested in a WINWIN STYLE golf bag definitely surprised me.
He ended up going with a classy light blue leather golf bag (shown above) with leather headcovers which I thought looked really nice and suited him well.

2. Several are Japanese-themed
What was really awesome for me was the fact that they had ball markers and headcovers of Mt. Fuji, Maneki-neko (the lucky cat), Daruma doll, and other items special to Japan. These make the perfect gifts to my American golf friends!

3. Good use of pockets and storage
Several people have commented how they like that my golf bag has a golf ball holder. I never thought about it, but it’s true that I haven’t seen many golf bags out there with that design.
There are also multiple pockets that are extremely useful for people like me who loves to be organized.
4. Some golf bags have positive slogans
Golf is already hard and frustrating enough. Why not have some fun and positivity in your life with these golf bags that will sure to leave a smile on your face.
5. Golf bags have matching headcovers
I don’t know if you realized, but I absolutely love to match things or color coordinate everything. The fact that most of these golf bags have matching driver headcovers and putter covers (some even have matching ball markers!) was huge for me.
6. Your golf bag will stand out from the rest
I saved the biggest one for last.
In Japan, when we arrive at the course, our golf bags are temporarily stored with all the other golf bags. In a sea of golf bags, I saved so much time searching for mine.
We don’t have that system in the U.S. but instead, many people have come up to me and asked about my golf bag. I always joke and say that my golf bag is a conversation starter because it really is. I have made several friends through my golf bag haha.
This is the golf bag design that I’m currently using. I absolutely love it! I just love the colors and it makes me feel like a happy kid in summer. Of course I have the matching headcovers for it 😉
